INGREDIENTS:

1 kg mutton
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
100 ml oil
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp nihari masala
1 ltr water

For slurry:
5 tbsp dry roasted wheat flour
1 tsp nihari masala
some water

for garnishing
chopped green chillies,ginger,lemon & fried onions
