INGREDIENTS:

¼ Cup oil
200 gm mince
400 gm liver kidney
3 cloves
3 green cardamom
small piece of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
100 ml water
Some fresh coriander leaves
4 tsp roasted dry fenugreek leaves
