i made Japanese traditional confectionery Wagashi,Kohakuto;)
Kohakuto is a candy which has crisp outside and soft inside,it's very sweet,but yummy.
this time,i made peppermint flavor blue and green kohakuto like sea green.

ingredients

5g thread agar
220ml water
280g granulated sugar
1tbsp starch syrup
food color(green and blue)
peppermint essence
