CRISPY SWEET CHILI CHICKEN
Crispy chicken wings coated with delicious sweet Thai chili sauce.
These wings are sweet, spicy, and sticky good. Perfect as a simple finger food, snack or a meal.

Recipe serves 2
1 1/2 Lbs chicken or 8 whole wings cut-up 700 g
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
3/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp chicken bouillon-optional

For the sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp sriracha or
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 Tbsp white vinegar to cut the sweetness
Taste the sauce and adjust as necessary before adding cooked chicken.
