¼ tsp coarsely crushed black pepper
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp asafoetida powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
salt to taste
¼ cup oil
oil for frying
