Hi, I'm Yolanda! Some people call me the Beyoncé of cakes. I post my drool-worthy, jaw-dropping caking creations every Tuesday at 11am EST! My novelty cakes come in all shapes and sizes - giant versions of foods, gross stuff like brains, movie characters and some of my favorite things! Basically, I love to build stuff out of cake, buttercream, fondant, candy, cookies and anything sweet!

To make my Back To School mini cakes, I began with my Ultimate Vanilla Cake, Ultimate Chocolate Cake, and Spiced Vanilla Cake. Each of the five mini cakes is inspired and flavoured by its respective lunch box treat. Beginning with Honey Buns, this mini cake features layers of honey buns within and is coated in a splatter of honey and cinnamon. The Whipits cake features a coat of chocolate glaze as well as cut up Whipits and digestive cookie chunks and strawberries all around. The Ah Caramel inspired cake features layers of the treat as well as mini marshmallows and is coated in a sweet caramel drizzle. The Passion Flakie cake is decorated with the snack as well as fresh berries to emulate the triple berry jam within. Lastly, the Cosmic Brownies cake is full of brownies and rainbow bits for an extra chocolatey bite!
