Here you have a great recipe to enjoy with friends and family on this Mexican Independence day!


7.7 lbs Beef Maciza cut in chunks (lean meat)
8.8 lbs Pork Maciza cut in chunks (lean meat)
3 Large onions (cut in slices) cut in chunks
2 Large Whole Heads of Garlic
3-4 Cubes of Beef Bouillon
6 Bay Leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Whole Black Pepper
30 grams Dry Thyme
30 -40 grams Fresh Marjoram

To serve:
Corn Tortillas
Minced Onion
Minced Cilantro
Your Favorite Sauce
Line Wedges
