8.8 lbs Pork Maciza cut in chunks (lean meat)
3 Large onions (cut in slices) cut in chunks
2 Large Whole Heads of Garlic
3-4 Cubes of Beef Bouillon
6 Bay Leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Whole Black Pepper
30 grams Dry Thyme
30 -40 grams Fresh Marjoram

To serve:
Corn Tortillas
Minced Onion
Minced Cilantro
Your Favorite Sauce
Line Wedges
