1 pc ------------ squid (large size, about 8 oz.)
3 pcs. --------- hard boiled eggs (shelled)
6 cups -------- water, for blanching & to boil eggs
2 Tbsp -------- cooking oil
2 Tbsp -------- Shaoxing rice wine (for drizzling)
3 cups --------- water (for stewing)
3 Tbsp --------- light soy sauce
1 tsp ----------- dark soy sauce
