INGREDIENTS-


For yakhni
700 gm buffalo meat
3-4 bay leaves
2 black cardamom
4 Tbsp coriander seeds
4 Tbsp Fennel seeds
2 whole garlic
2 onions
4 green chilli
2 Tsp salt
4 piece of cinnamon sticks
10-12 black peppercorns

100 gm Ghee
1 medium size fried onions
4-5 cloves
2 green cardamom
2-3 sliced onions
1 inch ginger piece
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
125 gm yogurt
1 tsp green chilli powder
700 gm white rice
2 Tsp salt
1/2 ltr yakhni stock
1/2 ltr water
