Hey Foodies!
I'm 3 months into recovery and I wanted to help those recovering from jaw surgery
that are struggling to find something to eat!

The most important thing to remember is to stay away from salty, spicy and hard foods
and try to get enough calories in a day (try to not get them from sugar and incorporate foods rich in vitamins, protein and iron!)

Hope those of you who are recovering don't get disheartened because this takes a long time! And for those of you who are going to get this surgery soon, be prepared!
