Sweet Potato Ricotta Pie
A great alternative to pumpkin pie and best of all it’s made with natural ingredients. The sweet potatoes are first baked in the oven until they caramelize on the outside. This intensifies the flavour giving you an amazing filling. The filling is whipped using a ricotta cheese making it lighter similar to a cheese cake texture. Best to serve it at room temperature and it will taste amazing! Enjoy my Sweet Potato Ricotta Pie. Perfect for thanksgiving or anytime really!
