Japanese Emergency Food Mochi Candy Making Kit Wagashi
i made Japanese DIY Mochi Candy Making Kit for emergency(Survival Food).
there are three types of kits,toasted soy bean flour flavor"kinako mochi",soy sauce flavor "syoyu mochi",and sweet red bean paste "anko"flavor "anko mochi".
they are all yummy,and easy to make,and my favorite one is soy sauce flavor;)
of course you can eat these mochi candy without kit,we only boil rice cakes and sprinkle soy sauce and sugar, or toasted soy bean flour and sugar etc.
