RECIPE :

Coffee :

- 2 - 3 tsp dark/strong coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup hot boiling water (125ml)

Cream cheese frosting :

- 500g cream cheese
- 3/4 cup fine sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup/250ml whipping cream (dairy)

Other ingredients :

- 40 slices graham crackers
- 2 plastic containers ( volume 650ml)
- cocoa powder/milo powder

* This recipe yields 2 sets of tiramisu (fits 2 plastic containers with 650ml in volume each)
