Chocolate Cookies Recipe in grams:
- 120 gr All Purpose Flour
- 25 gr Cocoa Powder
- 115 gr soft unsalted Butter ( Use good quality butter, I use 82% fat butter)
- 150 gr Brown Sugar
- 2 large Egg Yolks
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Mixture of Chocolate Chips/Chocolate Chunks
Bake these for exactly 10 minutes and once cooled store in an air tight container.
