STEAMED PANDAN CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Recipe :

Steamed pandan cake:

- 4 eggs (grade B)
- 3/4 cup (130g) fine/castor sugar
- 1 tbsp ovalette/ cake stabiliser
- 1 tsp pandan essence/flavouring
- 1 cup (150g) cake/wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp green apple food colouring
- 1/4 cup (62ml) corn / cooking oil

Cream cheese frosting :

- 500g cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1 cup (250ml) dairy whipping cream
- 250g sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup (80ml) fresh/UHT/evaporated milk

Toppings :

- grated cheddar cheese
- crumbled pandan cake
