I attempted carving a frozen cake! I wanted to make a magic winter wonderland cake with gorgeous simple snowflakes made of frosting. I used an Italian meringue icing recipe to frost the cake in layers of pink purple and blue. Then used clay carving tools to turn a simple cake into a beautiful frozen birthday cake.
