For the base:

For the filling:

- 500 ml (16.9 oz) of whipping cream
- 210 g (7.4 oz) of granulated sugar
- 100 ml (3.3 oz) of warm milk
- 8 gelatin sheets

For the topping:
- 340 g (12 oz) of raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
