In this speecial episode we chat to winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2019, Stu Deeley.

Stu is the head chef at The Wilderness in Birmingham but he will be leaving at the end of this year to open his own place.

He spoke to us about winning MasterChef and why he wanted to take part, he talks us through his career and workinf with Luke Tipping, Nathan Eades and Matt Cheal at Simpsons plus he quotes Glyn Purnell on foraging in Birmingham!

Also, he tells us about working with Alex Claridge and his many hidden talents!
