1 pack ----- soft tofu (about 10 oz.)
6 oz. -------- ground pork
6 slices ---- ham (sliced)
12 sheets -- dried seaweed (small square size)
2 oz. -------- bean sprout

for meat marinade:
1 Tbsp ----- light soy sauce
1 tsp -------- sesame oil
pinch ------ white pepper

for sauce:
1/4 cup ---- water (used water from blanching)
1 tsp ------- oyster sauce
1 tsp ------- sesame oil
pinch ------ white pepper
1/8 tsp ----- corn starch

for garnishing -- some cilantro
