Creamy Lemon Ricotta Pasta Ingredients Used:

1 box fusilli brown rice pasta
more than a half box brown rice spaghetti
1/2 giant block of extra firm tofu or whole block regular extra firm block of tofu
3 heaping tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs dried basil
1 tbs miso
1 juiced lemon
hymilayan salt and pepper to taste
water from the boiled pasta
few sprigs chopped basil
*yummy additions I didn't use---onion and garlic
