Seared Chicken Thigh with Mushroom in Garlicky Sauce
For Mushroom lovers. Here is one cooking that will satisfied your graving for this tasty stir fry cooking. Sorry my Wok is on vacation this week. So I used heavy cast iron skillet, which serve perfectly for searing chicken thigh that is fillet and flatten. Enjoy. Below are the list of ingredients. 2 pounds --- chicken thigh (filleted)
2 Tbsp ------ light soy sauce
1/2 tsp ------ white pepper
as needed --- cooking oil
6 oz. -------- button mushrooms
5 Tbsp ---- minced garlic
1/2 tsp --- each, dried thyme, rosemary & sugar
1 Tbsp ---- dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp ---- white pepper
1 Tbsp ----- each, light soy sauce & Chinkiang vinegar
1 tsp -------- sesame oil
2 Tbsp ----- chopped cilantro
