Tuna-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers - Piquillo Peppers with Tuna, Bechamel Sauce & Gouda Cheese

- 6 piquillo peppers
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of canned tuna in oil, drained
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grated Gouda cheese

For the bechamel sauce:
- 400 ml (13.5 oz) of warm milk
- 35 g (1.2 oz) of butter
- 25 g (0.9 oz) of flour
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Nutmeg powder to taste
