Ingredients
1/2 kg chickpeas
1 litre water
3 black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp tea
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chole masala
1 tsp anar dana
2+1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp black salt
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp carom seeds
3 tomato
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chillies
