BAKED LOBSTER TAILS
Cooking lobster tails can be intimidating, but it’s actually very quick and easy to prepare. It is juicy, tender, and delicious. Serve with side vegetables, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese for a fabulous meal. Baked lobster tail is perfect for special occasion dinners like Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Valentine’s Day.

Recipe serves 4

4 (4-5 ounces) Lobster tails-thawed
3-4 Tbsp butter-melted
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley-chopped for garnish
1 Lemon-cut in wedges to serve

Bake 400 F 12-15 minutes or until opaque but not over cooked. If you are using small lobsters cooking time will be shorter. I usually keep an eye on it as soon as it turns opaque I take them out of the oven.
Over cooking it will get very dry and it shrinks by half the size.
