How to make Sakura Mochi"Domyoji" Japanese Traditional Candy Wagashi
i made Japanese Traditional Sweets Wagashi,this time, i made one of Japanese Spring dessert Sakuramochi"Domyoji".
There are 2 kind of Sakuramochi in Japan,one is called Domyoji,and another is "Chomeiji",Domyoji is mainly sold at Wagashi shop in West Japan"Kanasai",and Chomeiji is mainly sold at Wagashi shop in East Japan"Kanto".
it's good dessert for Cherry blossom viewing,isn't it?;)

p.s.
i forgot to write about syrup.
i used the syrup for preventing stick mochi(domyoji) to my hands.

ingredients
55g Domyojiko(a kind of sticky rice)
75ml hot water
25g sugar

syrup(25g sugar and 50ml water)
100g koshian
5 salted cherry blossom leaves
