A review of The Graduate Awards 2017 examinations held at UCB Birmingham where 15 chefs were tasked with a number of different skill sets, across the day, these include butchery, fishmongery and cooking a recipe from a mystery basket of ingredients. This is now the second year that there has been a separate competition for Pastry Chefs. Watch the overview of the day in this video.
