i made edible cherry blossm flower Sakura agar jelly;)
it's cherry and a little salty,and taste is nice.
i made sakura jelly before ,the recipe used japanese agar "kanten" and cherry blossoms liqueur"JAPONE",this time,i used sakura syrup,but you can use other syrup(including normal syrup)

ingredients
water 250ml
15g agar
salted sakura flowers
2tbsps sakura syrup
