210 g instant chow mein noodles or spaghetti noodles

400 g boneless chicken
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

SAUCE:
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp red chili sauce
6-8 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp honey or 1 tsp sugar
VEGETABLES:
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum

OTHERS:
2 tsp oil for noodles
2 tsp salt for noodles
2 tbsp sesame oil for noddles
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp thinly sliced ginger
1 tbsp thinly sliced green chili
6-8 tbsp oil for cooking
4 tbsp green onion to garnish
