INGREDIENTS:

for panipuri/golgappe

½ cup semolina (moti sooji)
2tbsp All purpose flour
¼ cup boiling water

for ragda:

200gm matra
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda


for paani:

1 fist coriander leaves
2 fist mint leaves
2 green chillies
small piece of ginger
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp chat masala
1 tsp salt
2 pinch asafoetida
1 ltr water
some boondi
some tamarind pulp as needed
