NOTES:
Always use quick cook vegetables to make pakoras.
Always add less water for crispy pakoras, because veggies will release water.
Fry pakoras on medium heat for even color and to be cooked properly.
Always use carom (ajawain) helps in digestion of fried food.
Add baking soda 5-10 minutes before frying.
Mint leaves will hep in digestion too.
