ADELA Peach Cobbler. Makan Dengan Aiskrim Vanilla. Segarnya Buat Penyejuk Tekak.
Gabungan pic dengan campuran kek merupakan hidangan pencuci mulut yang cukup menyegarkan, lebih-lebih lagi dengan aiskrim vanilla sebagai penyeri.

Bahan :
12 keping isi pic
125 gm Margerin ADELA
1 cawan Tepung naik sendiri
¾ cawan Susu
Secubit garam
1 sk Kayu manis
1 sk Vanila
100 gm Kepingan badam

Hiasan :
Aiskrim Vanilla

Cara :
1. Panaskan oven 180 selsius.
2. Dalam periuk kecil, cairkan ADELA.
3. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam loyang berukuran 9”X5”. Masukkan gula, serbuk kayu manis dan tepung. Kacau rata.
4. Tambahkan susu dan vanilla dan gaul rata.
5. Tambah kepingan buah pic dan kacau lagi sehingga rata.
6. Taburkan kepingan badam di atas nya dan bakar selama 40 minit.
7. Hidangkan sementara masih panas. Skop cobbler ke dalam mangkuk dan hidangkan bersama aiskrim vanilla.


Ingredient :
12 peach halves (strained, from a can)
125g ADELA Margerine
1 cup self-rising flour
¾ cup milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
100g almond flakes

Garnishing:
Vanilla Ice Cream

1. Preheat oven to 180’C
2. Ina small pot, melt Adela as measured until completely melted
3. In a 9”x5” baking dish, add sugar, cinnamon and flour and mix to combine
4. Add milk and vanilla and mix to combine
5. Add sliced peaches and mix just to combine
6. Sprinkle the almond on top and pop in the oven for 40 minutes
7. Serve immediately while hot, scoop the cobbler with a ladle on serving plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
