INGREDIENTS

for jelly
300 ml water
100 gm sugar
2tbsp water + 1 tbsp agaragar
few drops vanilla essence
few drops food colours


for sharbat
1 ltr milk
1cup sugar
ice as needed
few saffron strands
2 pinch cardamom powder
dry fruits as needed
