BLACK RICE DESSERT With FRUITS
This black rice dessert is made with steam glutinous rice served with coconut milk syrup and fresh fruits. It’s refreshing, sweet, gooey, and has a nice aroma.
This recipe is an inspiration from the popular sticky rice mango but on the lighter side. Feel free to use your favorite fruits or canned fruits.
It takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Recipe 4-6

For black rice mixture:
1 Cup black glutinous rice
3 1/2 Cups water
3 Tbsp sugar or to taste
2 Pandan leaves-optional

Coconut syrup:
13.5 Oz coconut milk 250 ml
1/2 Cup water
1/3-1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Pandan leaf-optional

Toppings:
2 Ripe mangoes-diced
4-6 Strawberries-sliced
