Egg Dumplings with 2 types of cheese filling Recipe : Breakfast Recipes
This recipe is for 2 persons
It takes about 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tablespoon minced carrot
1 tablespoon diced mushrooms
1 tablespoon whipping cream
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon all purpose + 2 tsp water (Mix the flour and water together.)
2 tablespoons grated gouda cheese
2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoons butter
A little salt and ground pepper to taste

How to do
1.In a bowl, crack in the eggs.
2.Season with salt and ground pepper.
3.Stir in the diced mushrooms, minced carrot and chopped parsley.
4.Pour in the whipping cream and flour mixture. Mix it together well.
5.Heat a flying pan in medium high heat.
6.Once the pan is hot, add the butter and wait for the butter to melt.
7.Using a tablespoon to scoop the egg mixture into the pan.
8.Once the eggs starts to set, add the mozzarella cheese and gouda cheese on it.
9.Fold half the eggs and fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides for 1 minute per 1 side.
10.Transfer the cooked eggs into a plate and serve.

The egg dumplings with 2 types of cheese filling can be serve with ketchup, chilli sauce, mayonnaise or whatever sauce you like and you have on hands.
