SHEET PAN CAJUN SHRIMP BOIL
This shrimp boil is fast, easy, delicious, beautiful, and clean up is a breeze. Made with shrimp, potatoes, fresh sweet corn on the cob, smoked sausage and seasoning. It’s a complete meal in a pan or serve with green salad and garlic bread. This makes a great summer party meal or just a fun meal with your family.
You can use Old Bay seasoning or use less of the cajun seasoning if it would be too spicy for the kids.

Recipe serves 4

1 Pound extra large shrimp-peeled and deveined
14 Oz smoked andouille sausage-cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Ears corn-cut into 4-5 pieces
10 Baby potatoes
1 Lemon-cut into wedges
2 Tbsp parsley for garnish-optional

For the butter sauce:
4 Tbsp unsalted butter-melted
1 1/2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning or Old Bay
1/2 Tsp garlic powder

Bake in preheated oven 400F/204C 8-10 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Don’t over cook the shrimp will get chewy.
