Breakfast Omelette Recipe

Breakfast Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp shredded Emmental cheese
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped thyme
60 g cooked ham, diced
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp eggs
A little salt
A little ground pepper
A little seasoning powder (Optional)

Steps
1.In a bowl, crack in the eggs.
2.Season with a little salt, ground pepper and seasoning powder.
3.Pour in the milk.
4.Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
5.In a flying pan on low heat, pour in 1 tsp cooking oil, melt 1 tsp butter.
6.Once the oil is hot and butter has melted, pour in the beaten eggs.
7.Place the cheese, cooked ham, spring onions, parsley, basil and thyme onto the eggs.
8.Wait until the eggs are almost set for about 2 minutes and fold it in half.
9.Fry the eggs for another 2 minutes until the eggs are cooked or the cheese has melted.
10.Transfer the omelette into a plate and serve. Enjoy!
