EASY Illusion COOKIES ! PRANK Chocolate "ice cream" Cookies! These butter cookies look like ice cream!

Crunchy Chocolate Butter Cookies Recipe:
- 150 g Soft Butter ( 1 1/3 sticks)
- 150 g ( 3/4 cup) Fine Sugar ( If you are using granulated, pulse it in the food processor)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 50 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)
- 200 g All Purpose Flour ( 1 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- Chocolate chips ( optional )
Serve with coffee or tea or ice cream!
