1 tsp ------ each, Szechuan brown & green peppercorn
2 Tbsp --- chili oil
2 Tbsp --- each, minced ginger & garlic

1/2 cup --- chicken broth
1/2 cup --- soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup --- Chinkiang vinegar
1/4 cup --- Shaoxing rice wine
