SHRIMP WITH GARLIC GINGER SAUCE - Quick and delicious meal
This savory Chinese stir fry made with succulent shrimp, mixed vegetables in a delicious garlic and ginger sauce. 
It’s quick easy and delicious!

Recipe serves 3-4

1 Lb extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined 453g
1 Small carrot-cut into matchsticks
1 Bell pepper-cut into strips
1/2 Onion-thin sliced
1 Cup sweet peas-stems removed
1 Can 8 oz water chestnuts
4 Cloves garlic-chopped
1 Tsp ginger-minced

For the sauce:
1/2 Cup low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1-2 Tsp garlic chili sauce
1/2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tsp sugar
