Mom's Vermicelli Pudding | Kitchen Time with Neha
So my mom made some Vermicelli Pudding this week and I decided to film it, to share with you one of my childhood favourite desserts. It's crazy that I still haven't tried making this on my own but I just love to eat what my mom makes. If you have grown up in India, you probably know this as 'seviya'. I used to just call it sev as a kid. I don't know if this can be called 'kheer' because it turns out quite thick, so I think pudding is the perfect name for it. And I definitely wanted to treasure this recipe as it is my mom's recipe. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. You can enjoy it hot and fresh or chill it overnight and cut it into pieces. And do let me know if you would like to see some more of my mom's recipes. :)
