Soy Sauce Fish doubled cooked
For Seafood ( FIsh ) Lovers. Here is one delicious cooking, that you might like to make. Deep fried and then braised to perfection with Soy Sauce & Oyster sauce. Enjoy.

1 ---------------- fish (white perch 1 pound)
1 Tbsp ------- each, rice wine & light soy sauce (marinade)
as needed -- cooking oil (about 4 to 6 cups)
1 oz ----------- ginger (julienne thin strips)
1 stalk ------- green onion (julienne thin strips) & some curled for garnishing
1 Tbsp ------- rice wine (for sizzle)
1 Tbsp ------- sesame oil (to be added last)

1/2 cup ------ chicken broth
1 Tbsp ------- light soy sauce & rice wine
2 Tbsp ------- sweet bean paste
