2 types aloo ki sabzi or phooli phooli pooriyan, sookhi bhaji or puri favourite Nashta ya khana

Ingredients:

For poori-
1½ cup Wheat flour
¼ cup semolina
½ tsp salt
Water as needed
Oil for frying

For Aloo sabzi-

2-3 tbsp oil
¼ tsp asafoetida
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
10-12 curry leaves
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
½ tsp turmeric powder
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 tsp salt
½ lemon's juice
Some fresh coriander leaves

For 2nd aloo ki sabji-
2 tomatoes' puree
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 pinch garam masala
¼ tsp dry mango powder
¼ tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
100 ml water
¼ tsp salt
