Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp carom seeds
4 boiled potatoes (grated)
1 tsp chaat masala
20-25 raisins
fresh coriander leaves
oil for frying

Points to remember:
Do not dip the bread slice in water too much. Do not overdo it.
Take fresh bread only.
Fry in medium hot oil for crispier pockets.
