Bologna Sausage Omelette on Rice : Thai Style Breakfast Recipe
In this video I will show you how to make Thai-style omelettes. I made this omelette recipe for breakfast. I put bologna sliced sausages and spices in the eggs mixture. It makes my omelette very tasty. I used coconut oil to fried omelette. I could smell the aroma of coconut oil when I ate the omelette and I loves it. I served the omelette with steamed rice, but you can serve it with bread or vegetables, so it will suit your taste. How to make bologna sausage omelette on rice
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 shallot, sliced
2 slices bologna sausage, diced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon thin sausage
1/4 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder
A little ground white pepper
1 cup steamed rice
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce
How to do
1.In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs. Season with oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, chicken seasoning powder and ground white pepper. Using a fork to beat the eggs mixture until well combined.
2.Stir in the diced Bologna sausages, sliced shallot, chopped parsley and chopped basil leaves.
3.In a flying pan, heat the coconut oil on high heat.
4.Once the cooking oil is hot, pour in the eggs mixture. Fry the eggs until cooked and golden brown on both sides for about 2 minutes per side.
5.Place the omelette on the steamed rice. Pour the ketchup or sweet chilli sauce on the omelette and serve immediately.
