DURIAN CREPE GEBU MACAM BANTAL CREAMY MACAM AISKRIM
Resepi:
Kulit crepe :
- 8 sudu makan tepung gandum
- 4 sudu makan tepung ubi
- 2 sudu makan tepung kastard
- 2 sudu makan tepung jagung
-2 sudu makan gula pasir
- 2 biji telur
- 1 sudu makan minyak masak
- 80 ml susu segar
- 300 ml air
- 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
- Sedikit pewarna kuning
Kastard durian:
- 2 sudu makan gula
- 2 sudu makan tepung kastard
- 200ml susu segar
- 50ml air
- 2 biji kuning telur
- 1 cawan isi durian
* Sejukkan kastard di dalam peti selama 30 minit sehingga mengental sebelum dicampurkan dengan isi durian
* Kalau campuran kustard dan durian terlalu cair, panaskan semula campuran ini di atas api sehingga pekat kembali
Krim putar :
- 200ml krim putar
- tambah gula aising kalau krim tidak manis
* Pakai whipping cream yang sejuk dan pastikan mangkuk serta whisk yang digunakan juga sejuk supaya cream cepat mengembang ketika diputar.
* Resepi ini menghasilkan 15 biji durian crepe

Crepe:
- 8 tbsp wheat/all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tbsp custard flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
-2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 80 ml milk
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- some yellow food colouring
Durian custard:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp custard flour
- 200ml milk
- 50ml water
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 cup durian pulp
* Chill custard in refrigerator to make it more solid before mixing it with durian pulp
* if the mixture becomes too runny, re-heat the durian custard on low heat until it thickens back
Whipped cream :
- 200ml whipping cream
- add icing sugar if cream does not taste sweet
* Make sure to use cold whipping cream as well as cold bowl and whisk to whipped the cream as cold cream and appliances make the cream whipped faster and better.
* This recipe yield 15 durian crepes
