SWEET CHILI CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Sweet chili chicken cocktail meatballs is the perfect party appetizer. It’s also great for an all day snacks for family or serve on top of rice for weeknight dinner. If you make a big batch-keep them warm in a crockpot. It takes about 30 minutes to make this recipe.

Recipe serves 4

1 Lb ground chicken 453g
1/4 Cup milk
1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/3 Cup grated onion
2 Cloves minced garlic
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp paprika
Chopped green onions for garnishing

Mix all ingredients until just combined. Don’t overwork the meat, we want tender meatballs.

For the sauce:
1/2 Cup sweet chili sauce
1-2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1/2-1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp water

Bring the sauce to a simmer. Add meatballs and turn off the heat. Toss until coated with sauce and serve immediately.
