Thai Style ToFu Soup Recipe
In this video I will show you how to make Thai-style tofu soup. I made this omelette recipe for family today. I add chopped spring onions and chopped corianders in the soup. It makes my soup very tasty. I used sunflower oil to cooked the chopped pork. I could smell the aroma of corianders when I ate the tofu soup and I loves it. I served the soup with steamed rice. How to make tofu soup recipe
Ingredients
300 g egg tofu
400 g pork balls
350 g chopped pork
1 tablespoons minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoons minced coriander root
2 teaspoons pork broth
1 teaspoons salt
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon thin soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon chopped corianders
How to do
1.In a pot, pour in the water. Bring the pot to a stove and wait until the water is boiling.
2.At the same time, in a flying pan, heat the cooking oil on high heat. Once the cooking oil is hot, stir in minced garlic, pepper, minced coriander roots and the chopped pork for about 3 minutes. Season with thin soy sauce. Continue stir frying the chopped for about 1 minute.
3.Once the water is boiling, add the cooked minced pork , pork balls and egg tofu into boiling water.
4.Season the soup with salt and pork broth powder.
5.Allow the soup boil for 4-5 minutes.
6.Sprinkle the soup with chopped spring onions and chopped corianders.
7.Spoon the tofu soup into a bowl and serve. Enjoy!
