for base:

20 Oreo biscuits
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup milk

for chocolate sauce:

¼ cup sweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp powder sugar
1 tsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp edible coconut oil/butter
few drops of vanilla essence
some chocochip for garnishing
