INGREDIENTS
1 & ½ cup penne pasta
4 tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder
7-8 finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 onion (pyaz) chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper (kali mirch) powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herb seasoning
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cube processed Cheese, for garnishing
½ tsp (for boiling)+ 2 tsp (for cooking) oil
