i made Japanese traditional candy art Wagashi Nerikiri,this time,i made goldfish bowl;)
goldfish is one of summer feature in japan.
they are sweet,black sesame flavor,and taste is nice;)

ingredients

goldfish Yokan
0.5g japanese agar kanten
20ml water
1tsp granulated sugar
20g sweet white bean paste "shiroan"
food color red

nerikiri dough 2 goldfish bowl
50g black sesame nerikiri dough
30g koshian

black sesame nerikiri dough contains sweet white bean paste "koshian" ,mochi,ground black sesame, and natural food color black.

clear jelly
0.2g japanese agar kanten
1tbsp water
2tsps granulated sugar
